As a Wheaton resident of over 18 years, a full time Realtor of over 12 years, and having grown up in Carol Stream and attended highschool in Bartlett, Kendra Schultz is well integrated in the communities and an area expert in DuPage County.

Throughout her career, she has been honored with many awards and recognitions, including the Rookie of the Year award for Wheaton/Glen Ellyn in her first year as a Realtor, the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce award for Top 30 Under 40 Young Professional of the Year and having a featured article in Chicago Agent Magazine's Who's Who in Chicagoland Real Estate in 2022 and in Wheaton Living in 2024. She has now been in real estate for over 12 years and feels extremely honored for the amazing clients and successes she has known.
