My wife and I utilized Kendra to help us purchase our first home after getting a referral from my work. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of care and work she put into assisting us over the ~2 month timeframe. Our situation was challenging as we were relocating from out-of-state which meant not as many face-to-face interactions, but she was up for the challenge! She offered to do Zoom calls anytime we wanted along with virtual home tours and walks with our parents who were in the area. As first time home buyers, Kendra took the time to truly inform us of every little detail throughout each step in the process which was super helpful. In addition, because we were so busy working and planning for a cross-country move, she even helped handled a lot of the time consuming phone calls or emails that needed to be had. Kendra and Caitlin stood out to me because of their involvement in the community. Working with Kendra and Caitlin was a joy! They were always accessible and quick to respond. We began our work with Kendra looking at homes in one area and then changed our vision, listed our home, and purchased in a completely different area. Kendra was a huge help with the process of finding us a home. Being first time home buyers, we didn't really know what to expect and through the highs and lows of the process she was so good about reassuring us when something new would present itself. She listened to what we wanted in a home and she found us many options that would work for us. Each time we went house hunting, she would help me talk through the pros and cons of each property and always refer back to what my original wants and needs were in a home, modifying as needed along the way. She helped me see homes in a different light at times and gave me good hints and tips to look for when we were in the areas that we were searching. Finding a house is a very complex process, and I wanted to work with someone I trusted. I reached out to Kendra after remembering how well we worked together back in the day at a college job.
